1. Damage / Return Policy
We advise our customers to inspect the door carefully for damages before sign the delivery order. Should you detect any damage or defect, inform us immediately at 016-7716211 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In rare cases where product have minor scratches and dents, we will be touched up, repaired or replaced.
If there is serious quality issue on our product or the product you have order has no delivery on the estimate delivery time, we will make the refund to you in 5 working days. Additionally, we do not accept refund request for door which done installed and plastered. Refund eligibility is determined at cancellation time based on the prior of cancellations
Cancellation policies may be superseded by the refund policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Top Security Door Sdn Bhd for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service.
4. Cooling-off Period Policy
We do provide cooling-off period which the buyer can cancel the order or amend the order without incurring a penalty within 24 hours. If in any occasion, the order need to amend after 24 hours, the order shall and should be considers as a new order with changes apply.
